Submitting an enquiry through this website does not create a contract. All work is subject to a written quote or proposal, and a project only commences once that quote has been accepted in writing and any agreed deposit has been received. Prices shown on this website, including rental rates, are indicative and may be updated from time to time; the price in your written quote is the one that applies.
Rental items are hired per day unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rental prices exclude transportation, setup and strike (breakdown), which are quoted separately. Clients are responsible for the care of rented items for the duration of the hire; items placed outdoors must be covered and protected from weather, and damage or loss will be billed accordingly. Full rental terms are confirmed with your quote.
The content of this website — including text, photography, designs and the Curious Tom name and logo — belongs to Curious Tom or its clients and partners and may not be reproduced without permission. Client brand names and photographs of client activations appear as examples of our work and remain the property of their respective owners.
